This instrument has been specially designed for the sound journey’s that are held by Shanti Sounds retreat centre in Costa Rica. 

It is custom made after, showing their interest in a unique didgeridoo. It comes up ,like all Karssen – didgeridoo’s, to playability, sound and design when crafting from fallen tree to instrument. Ash wood has it’s very own character of sound, the bark has very typical and lovely smell when sanding it down. I left liitle bit of the bark for it’s design. The white wash look fits the style that I had in mind, transparent and bright. The inlaid piece of Banisteriopsis caapi  vine symbolizes the journey of the soul. I choose for a Aventurine stone that gives trust to that journey. 

It would perfect fit into my private collection, but I am very happy this didgeridoo traveled inter-continental to the jungle of Costa Rica.
